1. Data controller

The data collected on this site is processed by WEB3 IA SOLUTIONS (WIS), the site's publisher, trading under the ÆNIX Robotics brand. Contact: contact@aenix.fr · +33 5 33 04 12 27. Its full identity (address, company registration) is set out in the legal notice.

2. Data collected

We only collect the information you enter in our forms:

• Trial, demonstration, audit or quote request, or a question : surname and first name, company, business email, phone, site postcode, floor area to be maintained, robot concerned and a description of your need.
• Configurator : your answers to the questionnaire (sector, floor area, floor type, needs, frequency, indicative budget) and, if you ask to be contacted, your first name, surname, email and phone.
• Partner programme : surname, first name, company, role, phone, email, sector, estimated volume, any pilot site and your message.

To limit abusive submissions, the sender’s IP address is turned into an irreversible fingerprint, used only to count submissions over a 10-minute window.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry (demonstration, trial, audit, quote, question) and getting back to you: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Offering you a robot recommendation from the configurator: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Assessing an application to the partner programme: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Managing the commercial relationship with your company: legitimate interest of ÆNIX Robotics.
• Protecting the forms against abusive submissions: legitimate interest of ÆNIX Robotics.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for targeted advertising.

4. Recipients

Enquiries are sent by email only to the people at ÆNIX Robotics responsible for handling them. They pass through technical providers acting on our behalf: the site’s host and the email services used to receive enquiries. Where one of these providers processes data outside the European Union, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention period

Data relating to an enquiry is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact. If a commercial relationship begins, it is kept for the duration of that relationship, then for the periods required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to give instructions about what happens to it after your death. To exercise them, write to contact@aenix.fr : we will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses your browser’s session storage so that the assistant bubble is not shown again during the same visit: this information stays on your device and is cleared when the tab is closed.

The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: in doing so, your IP address is sent to Google.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to the enquiries received is restricted to authorised people at ÆNIX Robotics.
